1. Before using solder resist ink, please stir it evenly manually or mechanically. To prevent air from soaking in the ink and causing bubbles during the mixing process, it is necessary to let the ink stand for a period of time before use.
2. If the solder mask ink needs to be diluted, please mix it first and then test its viscosity. After use, it should be stored separately and the solder mask ink on the screen should not be mixed with unused solder mask ink.
3. The temperature of solder mask ink should be kept at 20-25 ℃ as much as possible. If the temperature changes too much, it will affect the viscosity of solder mask ink and the quality of screen printing.
4. If you want to maintain the quality of solder resist ink, please store it at room temperature. When solder resist ink is stored in different temperature environments, it should be placed at room temperature before use to reach the appropriate temperature. If the temperature is too low, direct use will cause screen printing failure.
5. When the solder mask ink needs to be dried, please place it in a device with a good exhaust system to ensure the quality of the solder mask ink.
6. After using the solder mask ink, please clean the equipment in a timely manner and use a cleaning agent specifically designed for cleaning the ink. No matter what color of solder mask ink is used, the equipment must be cleaned in one go so as not to affect its use of solder mask ink in other colors next time.
7. It is best to use mutually compatible cleaning agents for net cleaning, and it should be very thorough and clean. When cleaning again, it is best to use a clean solvent.
8. When drying ink, it must be carried out in a device with a good exhaust system.
9. To maintain the working conditions, screen printing operations should be carried out in a workplace that meets the technical requirements of the process.
